Cancellation Policy
Depends on the shoot and time booking! For example, if you would like to do a shoot in the mountains, or outside Edmonton & Area - make note of it in the contact form and I will get back to you as quick as possible.

No. If any changes need to be made to any package/date/time of session, you have up to 72 hours before the session to call and do so.
*Exceptions will be made for weather changes, or studio booking availability.
You will receive your photos within 1-3 weeks of session date.

For all sessions; a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required upon booking to hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. Client will forfeit their retainer paid, however, it can be used as a credit towards a future session. You can attain this by rescheduling the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
If Mia Bella Photographs | Mia Romano cannot perform the contract due to any unforseen reason; for example: fire or other casualties, and other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's emergency or illness - the retainer fee shall be returned to the client. However, will have no further liability with respect to the contract. This also includes if materials are damaged during processing, and lost or damaged due to malfunction without fault on the photographer.
